Ginger Dipping Sauce

This sauce is pretty simple as no cooking is required, the first step is to prepare the main ingredients.

It is important that the ginger is fresh and pealed before it is finely chopped, so to must the onion be chopped well. It can be your own personal choice how much onion goes into the sauce, you don't want to over do it here while some people prefer no onion at all and settle for the flavor of just the spring onion garnish to add the onion flavor to this dish.

The chilies should also be finely chopped before being mixed in a teaspoon with the sweet vinegar, then all the ingredients can be mixed together with the exception of the spring onion which is chopped and sprinkled over the dipping bowl before serving.

As this dish is so simple we recommend preparing immediately before using for that fresh taste.
