Marinade the meat in sauce for half an hour.
Soak dry fungus and mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes until soft
Cut mushrooms, tofu and other ingredients into bite size pieces.
Boil Soup mixture, add marinade and meat, then mushrooms, fungus, tofu
and bamboo shoots.
Beat the egg and set aside
Add the remaining ingredients in with except for the green onion and
tofu.
Beat the egg well. Set aside.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to boiling mixture
Slowly stir in beaten egg, stir in one direction only.
Let stand for 10 minutes before adding spring onions and tofu.
