Sweet Chilli Sauce (Sambal Kecap)

1 cup plum jam
3 teaspoons of dried chilli flakes
2 teaspoons of garlic minced
3 ½ teaspoons of vinegar
Salt and sugar to taste

Directions

In a food processor or blender grind the ingredients to a smooth paste adding a little boiled and cooled water if necessary. 

Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks
