Chen Ya Korean Beef with hot sauce
 

Combine the onions, sesame oil and seeds with the garlic and soy sauce and marinade the beef pieces overnight in an air tight container.

Heat oil in a wok and bring to temperature, beat the eggs, flour meat, dip in the beaten egg, and fry over medium head until brown.

Separately mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl.

Serve with hot dipping sauce and steamed rice
