Mix all the ingredients together into a sauce and then cover the chicken well making sure that all meat is covered. Put in airtight container over night to marinade, mixing a few times during the evening to ensure all chicken is flavored. Grill chicken over low heat charcoals until cooked. Ensure the coals do not get to hot and burn the coating. Serve with a crisp salad and garnish with some diced spring onion. |
