Lao Sour Fish Soup - Tom Som Pa
 

In a large saucepan simmer the stock and add the garlic, ginger, lemon grass and sugar.

Add the fish sauce and lime juice.

Simmer for about 15 minutes then add the fish and tomatoes and shallots.
Simmer until the fish has cook through.

Add the chilies.

Serve with a wedge of lime.
