Prepare the vegetables by
cutting the spring onion into 5cm sections, slice the bok choy
and cut the mushrooms in half.
Boil the chicken broth and add the
remaining ingredients. Serve once vegetables have heated through.
This dish can be complimented nicely with our
shrimp balls dish.
