Looking for a tasty twist on a classic Aussie favourite? These Korean Minced Chicken Sausage Rolls blend the flaky, golden comfort of puff pastry with the bold, umami-packed flavours of Korea. They’re perfect for parties, picnics, or even a fun weeknight dinner, offering something a little different from your usual sausage roll fare.

The filling brings together tender minced chicken with aromatic garlic, ginger, and spring onion, then takes a spicy-savoury turn with the addition of gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. A touch of sweetness from honey or sugar balances the heat, while shredded carrot and onion add texture and moisture. It’s a flavourful, well-rounded mixture that holds up beautifully inside crisp, buttery pastry.

Whether you’re new to Korean flavours or a longtime fan, these sausage rolls are a great way to introduce gochujang to your household in a fun and familiar form. They’re easy to make, freezer-friendly, and sure to disappear quickly from the plate—so consider doubling the batch!
